In order to return or refund a product please follow the steps below:
Be aware that for all purchases, the refund terms & conditions of the specific seller(s) apply. These can be found on the company page of the respective seller(s).
After making a claim for a refund or return, the seller is informed about your request and they will contact you about further steps within one business day.
The seller should process your request within five business days. If this did not happen, please contact the seller directly (contact information can be found on the seller’s company page) or contact our Maykers Support.
At Maykers, the return conditions are specified by each seller. Therefore, the terms and conditions of the seller that you purchased from apply. You can find the terms and conditions of a seller on their company page. The company page can be found by clicking on the shop's name in the order overview or simply by entering the company name in the search.
In some cases, a seller may compensate for the costs of the return. Please have a look at the seller’s terms and conditions on returns to see if this applies to you.
Also, additional charges may apply when transferring the refund amount to your bank account. Your bank will be able to inform you if this applies.
