In the order overview you can follow the status of your orders. For more information on a specific order, click on ‘View order’ to see the details of that order.
Your order can have one of the following statuses during the order process:
There are three statuses that indicate that your order has reached a final status, meaning that no further actions can be taken:
If your ordered from multiple sellers or you selected different delivery options at one seller, your order is split into multiple orders. This is to make sure we can provide you with information for each delivery. Therefore, it could be that a part of your order has been shipped, whereas the other part is still to be shipped. Your order status will show as “partly” until all products have been delivered.
After placing your order, they are automatically processed to ensure fastest service. A change or cancellation on your order is therefore not possible.
As a customer you conclude the sales contract with the seller where you buy the item; also mentioned on the invoice. Maykers is the operator in this regard and provides the platform. However, if there are disagreements with sellers, Maykers will offer you support. Please contact Maykers Support in case of questions, see our customer support page.
The sellers will determine the delivery options for a specific product. Therefore, the delivery options of a product depend on the sellers that sell this particular product. At Maykers, there are four delivery options:
The delivery days mentioned are workdays (Monday-Friday). Please be aware of the time that you place your order. The time you are until which you can order during the day may vary per seller. The delivery conditions of each seller can be found on the company page of the respective seller.
Some sellers work with a network of service points to provide an optimal local support. If this is the case you are able to select pick-up now as a delivery option in the check-out. With this option, you can collect your products the same day at the service location(s) of the seller.
Currently, the fastest delivery available at Maykers is the next day delivery option or pick-up today. However, the delivery options will depend on the seller(s) who offer the product you are looking for. The delivery times offered by each seller are shown during checkout.
At the checkout of your order you are able to select the delivery method(s) of your choice. The order is automatically processed after it has been confirmed. Therefore, after confirmation it is no longer possible to change the delivery method.

The product safety sheet and all other documents that are relevant for your order are attached on the order detail page. You can reach this page by going to ‘My orders’ and select the order that you would like to have a document from.
Yes, you can.
As long as the products you choose are in stock, you will be able to go to payment.
If there are products that in the meantime have gone into backorders when you want to place your order, you will receive a message that you cannot complete your order until the product in question has been removed from the basket. This is to avoid backorders.
The seller or its service point from whom you’ve purchased the item from is most likely to provide you with an answer to product-specific questions. The contact information of the seller can be found on the seller’s company page.
